For the Business Unit Marketing & Sales located in Brussels we are currently looking for a Senior Functional Analyst (F/M/X)!

YOUR CHALLENGE as a Senior Functional Analyst

• Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers,…), you act as the ‘bridge’ between the business-profiles and technical-profiles
• As functional point of contact you analyze and translate requirements and processes into specifications. You propose end-to-end solutions as a team, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient
• Via an iterative/ adaptable approach you challenge the requirements and specifications, and via MVP way of working you ensure rapid time to market and immediate value-creation
• You monitor & analyze incidents and defects and identify the necessary actions to resolve them, you execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues
• Because you continuously strive for efficiency and extreme customer experience you identify improvement opportunities on best practices, , applications, solutions, journeys and processes

YOUR PROFILE as a Sr functional Analyst

• Master or equal through experience.
• At least 5 year experience (preferably in utilities or retail)
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
• Active listener, you think and act with a customer-centric mindset.
• Facilitator in meetings and you feel confident to deliver presentations in a group. 
• Agile mindset with strong planning & organisational skills to work against deadlines (sprints).
• You’re fluent in English. You speak Dutch and/or French.
• You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues !
