Join Our Team as SAP Consultant – PM with WCM and DMS knowledge (M/F/X)

Job Overview

We are seeking a SAP Consultant in Plant Maintenance. This role is proposed to reinforce the Maintenance internal team of the IT SAP Center of Excellence supporting the Global Enterprise Transformation program which aims to deliver the Engie future business and IT core model with a central “one SAP S/4 ERP” platform and the run of this platform and other SAP legacy ERPs.

Your Responsibilities as SAP Consultant – PM with WCM and DMS knowledge (M/F/X)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and major change requests.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP WCM and SAP DMS is a plus.
• Capable to drive discussions in multi-cultural/global context with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to configure and review set-up of SAP PM to support the maintenance processes, including work clearance management and document management system.
• Overall good knowledge of PM modules and integration with SAP S/4 Hana and the FICO-MM modules.
• Responsible for reviewing the integrator delivery and challenge the proposed solutions/workload.
• Align with the business team to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the core model and the program guidelines.
• Work with the integrator teams and SAP teams to secure design authority presentations for arbitrations.
• Secure testing phases and ensure quality of test delivery by the IT integrator.

 Your Qualifications as SAP Consultant – PM with WCM and DMS knowledge (M/F/X)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent English (oral/written).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a SAP Consultant, with a focus on the PM module (WCM and DMS modules as well if possible).
• Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP PM solutions, including integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international context is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification in PM module is a must.
