THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
TEMPORARY CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION OF A FIXED CONTRACT
As "project/management assistant" you will support our Product Managers, Project Managers and all employees of the BUILDINGS department in URBAN at the headquarters in Brussels as well as the Hasselt office for project related matters (minimum 2-3 days a week in Hasselt).
You will work within a multidisciplinary international engineering & consulting company. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a diversity of projects and you will be part of a dynamic team.
TASKS
In the role of project assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing, planning and organizing meetings and travel, as well as preparing, reproducing and archiving documents for the team;
- Independently perform all assisting tasks (word processing, handling of documents such as meeting reports, technical notes, email, etc.);
- The formatting of all outgoing documents (letters, reports, offers...);
- The follow-up of the work sheets of all employers of Buildings;
- Ensures the archiving of project documents;
- Collaborating with the other assistants in our various offices.
In the role of management assistant for the Manager of Buildings, you will be responsible for managing:
- Timesheet;
- Mobile expenses;
- Mails;
- Agenda.
PROFILE
- You have at least a professional bachelor degree;
- You are trilingual. A very good knowledge of Dutch, English and French is a must;
- Strongly organized and structured;
- You have mastered time management and respecting deadlines;
- Strong affinity with technical and project support environment;
- Collegial with strong team spirit.
