Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition plays a key role in strengthening ENGIE’s workforce by attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across technical, corporate, and operational functions. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience that reflects ENGIE’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and people‑centric values.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for mid‑level and senior‑level roles across business units.
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with ENGIE’s talent needs, diversity goals, and market trends.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate assessments as needed.
- Represent ENGIE’s employer brand at all touchpoints, ensuring professionalism and transparency.
Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Track talent market trends to support workforce planning and competitive hiring.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with ENGIE’s procurement and hiring standards.
Process Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS (Sezame tool) and HR systems.
- Generate hiring Power BI dashboards and provide insights to HR leadership.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in energy, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience with competency‑based interviewing and assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance requirements.
