JOB ROLE:
To perform MEP O&M duties associated with all the operations within the site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Knowledge of Chilled water line installation,valve installations,pumps and other components.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Performing routine maintenance on systems, such as changing filters, checking electrical connections, and inspecting plumbing fixtures.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- assisting senior technicians to operate and maintain the systems across all disciplines.
- Assess equipment for damage and propose rectification actions.
- Complete PPM activities and ensure they are carried out correctly and on time.
- Repair & maintenance works to site.
- Share shifts during weekends and emergency call outs
- Any duties to ensure full compliance with the service agreement.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used within the project.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Good organizational skills
- Well-mannered with a neat and tidy appearance
