What You Can Expect

As the Asset Management Advisor, you will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and partnership relationship management, ensuring strategic alignment across financial operations and external partnerships. You will lead budgeting processes, forecasts, and financial performance reviews, identifying and addressing variances promptly. In partnership management, you'll oversee relationships, contracts, negotiations, and compliance processes while driving strategies for partnership growth and effectiveness. Additionally, you will prepare key financial presentations and maintain close communication with senior leadership, ensuring timely reporting and proactive financial guidance. Your comprehensive analyses and relationship management skills will directly support informed executive decision-making and organizational success.

  • Lead annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and business planning processes; perform monthly cash flow forecasting and distribution validations
  • Conduct detailed monthly financial analyses, including P&L and balance sheet variances; recommend corrective actions and prepare executive-level presentations
  • Manage all aspects of strategic partnerships, including contract negotiations, relationship management, compliance tracking, and regular partnership reporting
  • Collaborate closely with internal divisions, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive financial management, streamlined communication, and optimized partnership performance

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field 
  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and/or contract management.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
  • Knowledge with SAP (S4, Analytical Cloud, Fiori), Power BI, and Salesforce

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
