Your mission
As Administrative Assistant for the EHS team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative processes related to environment, health, and safety.
You will work on-site to support documentation, coordination, and communication within the EHS team and with external contractors. Your contribution will help ensure that all EHS-related information is well-organized, accurate, and readily accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the EHS team.
- Format, organize, and maintain EHS documents in compliance with internal standards.
- Follow up with contractors and team members to ensure timely submission of required EHS documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and training activities.
- Prepare and distribute EHS-related memos, updates, or reports as needed.
- Track key data and help maintain an orderly filing and reporting system.
- Contribute to clear communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Ability to manage and structure documentation efficiently.
- Good knowledge of English and French.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Google Suite or Microsoft Office).
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team.
