This data processing is a sub-process of the management of Human Resources data, the purpose of which is to: 
•manage internal mobility and external recruitment; publish job adverts internally and externally; manage internal and external job applications; 
•provide quantitative recruitment management elements for ENGIE.

 
The controller for OneHR (of which Taleo is a sub-purpose) is ENGIE SA, 1-2 place Samuel de Champlain - Faubourg de l’Arche - 92930 - Paris La Défense Cedex - France.
 
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest to be respected by ENGIE SA, this legitimate interest being the management of the ENGIE Group’s Human Resources. Personal data are collected on the basis of statutory labour law provisions. 
 
The provision of these personal data is mandatory under the regulations governing employment contracts. Where personal data are not provided or where the data subject objects to the processing of these data, it will not be possible to process the data subject’s application or manage his or her HR file. 
 
None of these personal data come from a publicly accessible source. 
 
As part of this processing, ENGIE collects the following types of personal data: 
•Identity (surname, first name, maiden name, etc.);
•Personal contact details (personal address, private telephone number(s), etc.); 
•Sensitive data (ethnic origin for the USA: only where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Equal Employment Opportunity Act)); 
•Performance & development (history and details of professional experiences, in-house/external courses of study, education, etc.); 
•Training data (history of training courses already taken, certificates and diplomas awarded).

 
All of these data are collected from the applicant, archived after two years, and deleted once the applicant’s file has been inactive for five years.
 
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union as part of an internal data transfer within the ENGIE Group. They will only be transferred to countries in which the ENGIE Group operates. 



Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union as part of an external data transfer.


The following safeguards have been put in place to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection:
•Internal transfers within the ENGIE Group are governed by the Binding Corporate Rules signed by ENGIE and its subsidiaries;
•External transfers with Oracle are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses signed by Oracle and ENGIE and by the Privacy Shield. 

Under the regulations on the protection of personal data, you are entitled to access and correct your personal data on legitimate grounds. However, as the controller, ENGIE SA reserves the right to refuse any request that may be considered unreasonable.
