Data used for analysing the behaviour of our website visitors, in order to improve the user-friendliness of our website. These data will only be used for statistical analyses and will not be connected to an individual user profile.
On which basis do we process your personal data?
Engie collects the personal data you provide and uses these data to process your application, taking into account the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
Information about the website navigation of visitors is processed on the basis of legitimate interest. It is our priority to make the website as user-friendly as possible for the website visitors.
Personal information submitted to apply for a position, via the website or via the clickbot , will only be processed with your consent.
By submitting your application, you declare that your data is true, accurate, complete and not misleading. In addition, you consent to Engie taking all reasonable steps to verify the data provided by you at any time during the application and selection process where this is permitted within the local legal context.
Personal data collected when signing up for an event will also only be processed with your consent.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Personal data that has been shared through your application is stored for a period of 24 months in our Applicant Tracking System. Engie will contact you before the 24-month deadline has passed and request that you update your data. Should you not wish to update your data at that time, your profile will be automatically deleted. You can view, edit and delete your file at any time by contacting Engie at staffing@engie.com.
Dialogue information from the clickbot will be stored until 1 month after the clickbot conversation. Afterwards, the data will be deleted by Engie.
User data that has been tracked using Google Analytics will be deleted after 24 months.
Personal data collected in the context of an event will be stored until 6 months after the event. Afterwards, the data will be anonymized by Engie.

Where do we store and process personal data?
Only ENGIE HR-employees have access to your job application in our Applicant Tracking System. This information shall be used for the following purposes:
Personal data collected in the context of events will be stored on the Shared Drive of Engie Belgium. If other platforms will be used, you will be informed about it.
User data that has been tracked using Google Analytics is hosted on Google Data centers.
