We are looking for an AIFA Financial Advisor.

Your mission
  • with a large range of activities, from purely Corporate tasks (valorisation methodology support and maintenance, transverse analysis started by Top Management, coordination of transverse initiatives involving AIFA across different BUs)
  • in a peak shaving perspective (flexible available central resources) of conventional AIFA support (financial analysis, modelling, structuring) to investment, acquisition or divestment projects performed by M&A or by one or more BUs
  • to support the Business Development team with financial expertise
  • to manage internal financing or the structuring and negotiation of non-recourse project financing 
  • to guarantee the quality and uniformity of analysis methods
  • financial analysis as part of transverse M&A deals (several BUs) in support of M&A teams at the centre
  • the Senior Financial Advisor will be assigned to the Corporate AIFA head
Your profile
  • Masters degree (Civil/Industrial Engineer, Business School or University)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in similar fields (Business Development, Project Financing, M&A) or with identified transferable skills
  • good knowledge of the energy sector and the company's financial services and financial valorisation techniques, a liking for modelling and strong know-how
  • ability to analyse and summarise, great flexibility and ability to work in a project team with multiple skills as part of complex operations
  • pragmatic when possible, meticulous when necessary. Flexible and resistant to stress
  • pragmatism, rigour, flexibility and resistance to stress are very important qualities
  • ability to summarise in-depth, particularly in PowerPoint
  • the ideal candidate must be constructive, inquisitive and creative
  • very good command of English (spoken and written) is compulsory
  • the candidate must accept tasks outside of Europe for short periods (1 to 3 months)
