We are looking for a Business Process Manager.

Your mission
  • you perform process/business analysis with the goal to
    • align/streamline, reduce complexity and maintain compliance
    • assess the potential for automation or changes in the current application environment
    • compose an initial business case for assessing the core benefits of the process changes
  • you initiate the process redesign and launch the design of the automation
    • detailed descriptive and walkthrough of the process steps, at action level
    • assess the suitable software/applications solution
    • launch the technical design
  • you automate script writing and support developers and business users
    • translate the detailed process steps into automation scripts
    • design, develop, test and run the scripts to validate
    • assist in the Go-Live, provide training and continued support during and after the Go-Live
  • you support project teams based on the defined requirements
    • support on specific process/business analysis such as system migrations
    • design and provide technical system/automation solutions in collaboration with project teams
  • ad-Hoc cases mainly covering
    • review and analysis of processes which can be operational, financial or system based
    • performing Root-Cause-Analysis’ for identifying the problem and designing the solution
    • resolve generic business requests for solutions of technical or operational origin
  • multi-disciplinary projects
    • being part of national or international projects from the perspective of business analysis/solutions architect/automation developer
    • constitute a bridging function between operations/business and technical design/implementation

Your profile
  • you have a master in finance or equivalent by experience
  • you have between 5 and 10 years of internal/external audit experience, by preference in Big Four
  • you have between 1 and 2 years of practice expertise in the field of robotics/automation
  • you speak fluently English, French and Dutch (oral and written)
  • you have in-depth process understanding, both operation and financial
  • you have a solid accounting understanding, Local/Belgian GAAP and IFRS
  • you have knowledge in business analysis combined with programming/script writing
  • you have a very good understanding and expertise in the use of WinShuttle, as a designer/script writer
  • you have an expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly those use in automation such as Excel and Outlook
  • you have a practice experience in application coding language, either Visual Basics for Application and/or Microsoft.Net
  • preferred to also have a certification on robotics software (e.g. UiPath or BluePrism)
  • good understanding of SAP functionalities, transactions, tables and different modules
  • you have strong analytical skills and you are a good communicator
  • you are a team player and you create a positive environment
  • you have an eye for details combined with a pragmatic approach
  • 40-50% travel might be required depending on the type of projects
